RaonSecure Hits Record 130:1 Competition in 2026 Hiring
(Seoul, April 15, 2026) RaonSecure has recorded its highest-ever number of applicants for its 2026 open recruitment, attracting a large pool of AI and security talent. RaonSecure (Co-CEOs Soonhyung Lee and Junga Lee, 042510), an AI security and authentication platform company, announced that approximately 2,600 applicants applied to its three-week recruitment program for new and experienced hires, held from February 26, resulting in a record-high competition rate of 130:1. Recently, RaonSecure expanded and reorganized its “AI Research Lab” into an “AI Business Division,” accelerating its transition to an AI-driven business structure. The company is also pushing forward the launch of an Agentic AI-based security automation platform within this year. In addition, RaonSecure has provided core technologies for building national digital identity infrastructure, such as mobile ID systems, based on blockchain. It has also commercialized post-quantum cryptography (PQC) solutions applying NIST standard algorithms, and secured competitiveness in advanced security fields such as deepfake detection—areas expected to gain even greater importance as the Agentic AI era accelerates. The record-high competition rate for this open recruitment is attributed to the strong interest from AI and security talent in the company’s direction and vision. The selected new hires will begin with a two-week training program, starting with onboarding at the company’s training center. Its MFA-based AI platform, “OnePass,” became the first in the world to obtain FIDO certification from the FIDO Alliance and has surpassed 10 million monthly active users (MAU) in Japan. With this strong performance in overseas markets, the newly secured talent is expected to serve as an additional driver of growth.
