RaonSecure Hits Record 130:1 Competition in 2026 Hiring
(Seoul, April 15, 2026) RaonSecure has recorded its highest-ever number of applicants for its 2026 open recruitment, attracting a large pool of AI and security talent. RaonSecure (Co-CEOs Soonhyung Lee and Junga Lee, 042510), an AI security and authentication platform company, announced that approximately 2,600 applicants applied to its three-week recruitment program for new and experienced hires, held from February 26, resulting in a record-high competition rate of 130:1. Recently, RaonSecure expanded and reorganized its “AI Research Lab” into an “AI Business Division,” accelerating its transition to an AI-driven business structure. The company is also pushing forward the launch of an Agentic AI-based security automation platform within this year. In addition, RaonSecure has provided core technologies for building national digital identity infrastructure, such as mobile ID systems, based on blockchain. It has also commercialized post-quantum cryptography (PQC) solutions applying NIST standard algorithms, and secured competitiveness in advanced security fields such as deepfake detection—areas expected to gain even greater importance as the Agentic AI era accelerates. The record-high competition rate for this open recruitment is attributed to the strong interest from AI and security talent in the company’s direction and vision. RaonSecure’s strengths as a “company people want to work for”—including its horizontal organizational culture and diverse employee benefits—also appear to have positively influenced the outcome. The selected new hires will begin with a two-week training program, starting with onboarding at the company’s training center. They will receive education on RaonSecure’s core services, technologies, and AI-driven business initiatives before being assigned to their respective departments for hands-on work. Building on its ability to attract top talent, RaonSecure plans to further accelerate the expansion of its AI-focused business. In particular, the company will advance the development of “AAM (Agentic AI Management)” technology, which manages AI identity and permissions, and leverage it to lead the digital trust infrastructure market. The company also expects continued momentum in its global business. Its MFA-based AI platform, “OnePass,” became the first in the world to obtain FIDO certification from the FIDO Alliance and has surpassed 10 million monthly active users (MAU) in Japan. With this strong performance in overseas markets, the newly secured talent is expected to serve as an additional driver of growth. As RaonSecure continues to attract top talent, it is also committed to fostering a work environment where employees can fully perform while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The company actively enhances its welfare programs and workplace conditions to support both professional growth and personal well-being. Key benefits include flexible working hours, half-day work on “Family Day,” extended two-hour lunch breaks under the “FunFun Lunch” program, meal support for breakfast and lunch, free health checkups for employees and their spouses, birthday gifts, long-service awards, and an annual welfare card (Raon-Life Card) worth KRW 1.2 million. Additional benefits include access to vacation facilities, paid reduced working hours for pregnant employees, support for club activities, various training programs, and on-site amenities such as nap rooms, a book café, and an in-house convenience store. The company also provides leisure vehicles for employees and hosts family-invited events such as the Yeouido Fireworks Festival, offering a wide range of programs to support employee engagement and life stability. These efforts have been recognized through numerous credible certifications and awards. RaonSecure has been designated as an “Excellent Work-Life Balance Company,” a “Family-Friendly Certified Company,” and a “Youth-Friendly SME,” and has received honors such as the Prime Minister’s Commendation for Job Creation and the Women-Friendly Company Award—further strengthening its reputation as a desirable workplace. Soonhyung Lee, Co-CEO of RaonSecure, stated, “The strong interest shown in this recruitment reflects the alignment of talented individuals with RaonSecure’s vision to lead digital trust infrastructure in the Agentic AI era. Together with our outstanding talent, we will continue to strengthen our leadership in the AI security market and enhance our global competitiveness.” Learn more -
